The findings are also important for the testing of therapies against this devastating dis- ease. Alzheimer's disease is characterized by two pathological changes in brain tissue. One is a protein called tau while the other involves the amyloid beta peptide. Both can form clumps of ag- gregates that progressively accumulate in specific areas of the brain. For tau, individ- ual units of the protein can aggregate into finely-ordered fibrillar structures facilitated by a biochemical process called phosphorylation. Throughout the disease process, amyloid beta and phosphorylated tau (p-tau) are released from the brain into cerebrospinal fluid; the amount of the released pro- teins are used as reliable sur- rogate markers for clinical diagnoses of Alzheimer's dis- ease. Mr President, you are the Chief Law Enforce- ment officer of the United States…the boss of the At- torney General and the boss of the FBI Director. Not to blow my own horn , but I urged you NOT to make ANY Federal Judge, FBI Director and set forth numerous genuine reasons, besides the fact that almost all previous Judges appointed to be FBI Directors were mistakes. I suggested retired ADIC James Kalstrom or many other former, criminal Agent ADIC’s… but no Judges. I said that you would not make a Civilian, with no Military experi- ence, a General…you wouldn’t appoint a civilian with no law enforcement experience as a Chief of Police…so why the hell appoint any Judge as FBI Director? They, except Lew Freid, had no experi- ence, enforcing the laws… only interpreting the laws…big difference! I said don’t appoint Bill Sessions AG…you weakened the Republican standing in the Senate and at the same time weakened DOJ…I’m certain you agree. I didn’t know any- thing about AG Barr the, but now I do How The SARS-CoV-2 Virus Rapidly Causes Damage To Human Lung Cells Cont. pg 11 “What’s In The Water!” FMB Mound House Coordinates Water Quality Program They found a crucial type of protein modification called "phos- phorylation" becomes aberrant in these infected lung cells. Phosphory- lation of proteins play a major role in regulating protein function inside the cells of an organism and both protein abundance and protein phos- phorylation are typically highly con- trolled processes in the case of nor- mal/healthy cells. However, they discovered that SARS-CoV-2 throws the lung cells into disarray, causing abnormal changes in protein amounts and frequency of protein phosphorylation inside these cells. These abnormal changes help the virus to multi- The Right Side It’s not too Late!
